Grey Skies With A Purple Lining

I wore this unusual color combo ensemble to my friend Chloe's 21st birthday. I really love the purple and aqua together, and the dark grey keeps it from being too childish. I had a great time that night, and Chloe looked gorgeous with her new haircut! I wish I had taken a picture of it. Mine is as short as hers now :)

Rock Star

You know when it's the middle of the summer, and you have to shave your legs every day since all of your clothing is tiny? Well, I didn't feel like being summery a few days ago. I went with some skinny jeans and a t-shirt. This is very unlike my usual style, but I like to mix it up a bit sometimes.

I threw this on to go to dinner with some friends, and as I was rather rushed, it's nothing particularly fancy. I know this would be considered dressed up for most people, but I dress up every day of my life! :)

purple pants! (finally)

I've been talking about these pants for weeks, and I finally wore them. I went on a girly date with my mom and friend Ashley, and picked up an application to MAC (my dream job). I'm not sure if I'll have the opportunity to work with them just yet, but I might be getting a job at a different makeup counter (more on that later!)

I got these new red pants from Forever 21, and I couldn't wait to wear them. I have worn them lots since then, and I absolutely love them. I have a pale purple pair that I'm saving up for a super cute top! Haven't found the exact right one just yet. Anyway, I wore this outfit out to a double date night with some friends, and I swear I looked skinnier in person.

Thursday night marked the beginning of my Spring Break, finally! I went shopping with Twinsie after school, and then to dinner with my boy, my roomie, and her boyfriend who is in town from Johnson City. I felt rather Parisian with my red and stripes :)

valentine weekend

The day before Valentine's Day was when my boyfriend and I celebrated the holiday (sort of), and when I wore this outfit. We walked across the bridge and had lunch at a cafe, and had dinner at the delicious Blacksmith's Bistro. For actual Valentine's Day, I woke up to the sweetest thing on the kitchen counter (below) and I gave him a lovely vintage flask. We cooked dinner and dessert together, and sat around in our pajamas :)
